The Custodial Supervisor will be responsible for all custodial staff in a school district with 4 schools and 400K SF of cleanable space. The Supervisor must have a knowledge of a wide variety of cleaning techniques, floor care and must have experience managing and developing custodial professionals. Expertise in asset management and safety programs are required for success in this position. This professional will be expected to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs and will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing hourly employees. This person will be required to work 2nd shift hours.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* An Associates degree is preferred but not required
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of custodial management experience
* Must have the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service
* K-12 Custodial Management experience is a plus
* Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
* Must be able to respond effectively to changing demands
* Strong organization and time management skills are needed
