As a Concession Manager, you will supervise the concessions operation to include such duties as booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing, arranging for temporary help and equipment rental. You will also supervise the preparation and service of food and refreshments, as well as clean-up. The Concession Manager directly supervises concessions employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years industry & management experience as well as the ability to manage in a fast-paced and diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. Previous management experience in within a convention or sports venue is essential for success in this role. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
