As a Catering Sales Manager you will direct the actual sales of catering services to clients & customers by establishing quotas and goals. The Catering Sales Manager should have basic knowledge of contractual agreements and ability to generate clear and concise instructions to clients through use of these agreements. Supervises booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing and generating orders for events and parties.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years industry & management experience as well as a strong focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in successful catering sales are essential for success in this role. Time management and negotiation skills are essential. Previous experience in account management, cold calling, sales and catering operations is preferred.
