Long Description:
The Kellogg Company is looking for an Inventory Control Audit Manager. The Work involves managing or conducting performance, financial, and compliance audit projects. Providing consulting services to organizational management and staff. Provide major input to development of the Annual Audit plan. Provide training, coaching, and supervision to inventory control audit staff.
Maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards. Works independently under general direction with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Audit scope includes all Kellogg facilities and Third Party Distribution Centers with a concentration on Finished Goods. The incumbent will assist in the development of an organization, which will carry forth the Audits in a timely manner. It will be the responsibility of the incumbent to nurture the development of additional resources in support of the timely and cost effective execution of the Audits providing the most competitive service advantages.
The functions required to implement improvements will include developing Audit parameters and scope, defining benefits, gaining commitment and approval, establishing an Audit team, budget and schedule, and insuring execution of the plan.
Please note, this position has a travel percentage of 50%.
