Kellogg’s has an exciting opportunity for a Manager- Continuous Improvement - Snacks, located at our Battle Creek, headquarters. The Manager leads the planning, organizing and execution of special projects and studies requiring advanced technical expertise in the field of continuous improvement.

Additional responsibilities include:
Provides cost savings and increased production capacity, and supports food safety, quality, and safety initiatives in alignment with the North American Supply Chain Strategy.

Impacts multiple manufacturing facilities and departments, and supports startup of continuous improvement systems for new plants, mergers and acquisitions.

Position Requirements Minimum: A High School Diploma or GED is required plus a minimum of two years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment is required;


Preferred: A Bachelors Degree in an engineering or related field is preferred plus three or more years of experience is preferred. At least one year of previous supervisory experience is preferred. Prefer a candidate with continuous improvement experience within a food manufacturing facility and lean six sigma experience (preferred)

Extensive travel (60-80%) is required.
