Wheelabrator Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waste Management, is currently seeking a Senior-level Industrial / Power Industry Recruiter located at our Corporate Offices in Hampton, New Hampshire.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be working with a world-class team that sets the bar for performance excellence. The Sr. Recruiter would be responsible for supporting the company's recruiting strategies by providing solid recruiting expertise to internal customers and candidates alike. This position requires the effective use of full-cycle recruiting skills, staffing project management, a commitment to talent excellence and a focus on continuous improvement. As a business partner, understanding the nature and fundamental requirements of our operating facilities is a must. Many of our positions are highly technical and will require a solid knowledge base to assess the best candidates for the company. Considerable travel and advancement opportunities are also a potential with our domestic and international expansion plans.
Essential Duties of the Senior Recruiter

Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the full candidate recruitment cycle including sourcing, recruitment, screening, interviewing, on-boarding and utilization of applicant tracking systems.

Ability and experience leading a successful project and or project team in staffing various hourly (nonexempt) and salaried (exempt) level positions.

Experienced and able to successfully meet project deadlines by using effective time management to plan, organize and complete multiple, complex and technical projects at the same time and in a timely manner.

Must be able to work in a very organized manner, and able to multi-task, maintain multiple projects and perform required timely actions in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is required at all times.

Exhibit strategic thinking and have a solid understanding of the ''best practices'' in business, Human Resources and, specifically, recurring and staffing procedures.

Ability to communicate clearly using a variety of communication tools to include, but not limited to: telephone, e-mail, on-line, fax, intra/internet, written, spoken and presentation skills.

Must be able to build and maintain professional relationships and a networking matrix to support and meet the goals of the company on a continual basis.

Must excel in representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times but specifically when dealing with coworkers, candidates and customers (both internal and external) as well as hosting or attending recruiting, staffing or any business functions.

Maintains a current knowledge and follows all company policy and all federal, state and local employment law in regards to recruiting, hiring and staffing for any and all company positions and company business.

Must be willing and able to travel a minimum of 25% of the time both domestically and internationally as needed to support staffing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or similar area of study
- Three (3) or more years of successful experience as an industrial / Power Industry Recruiter or similar position.
