Land O’Lakes Purina Feed LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes Inc, is North America’s leading feed company, providing producers, cooperatives and dealers with an extensive line of animal feed, ingredients and services.
Position Purpose: The position will be located in the Creighton and O”Neill, Nebraska area at Central Valley Ag Coop. The individual will be responsible for making nutritional and management recommendations to area beef operators and owners. This area has a heavy cow calf focus along with feedlot. We are looking for a sales professional to represent the products and services of Land O’Lakes Purina Feed and Central Valley Ag.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education Bachelor Degree in Agri Business or Animal Science.
Required Competencies & Other Skills Excellent communication skills. Desire to call on beef producers and ranchers. Beef nutrition and industry knowledge.
Preferred Experience & Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in agri business or animal science.
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills Individual that exhibits excellent communication skills and has beef nutritional and industry knowledge. Sales experience is desirable.
