Data Entry Representative II - Record
Long Description:
This entry level position enters criminal and civil records according to a specified format while following federal, state, salary and client guidelines. Must meet quota and time service goals while paying attention to details and maintaining an error rate of 0-5%. Will work with internal and external customers as well as different branches. Therefore, must know and be able to understand the different processes and procedures for various clients and branches.
Responsibilities:
1. Enter record information in time service order
2. Follow specific typing/formatting guidelines
3. Achieve and exceed daily quota
4. May assist with tracking list as needed.

* Must have the ability to complete job assignments and maintain time service goals.
* Must be detail, deadline and results-oriented.

Position Requirements:
A. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
B. Must be able to type a minimum of 40wpm
C. Excellent written communication skills including spelling and grammar.
D. High attention to detail
