Long Description:
The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for helping to ensure an optimal client experience with Kroll Background Screening Group by proactively and professionally managing and responding to client information requests, inquiries and general communications in a timely manner, while adhering to company policies and procedures. The interface with both internal and external clients will be via various means of contact: email, voicemail, telephone, fax, etc. This professional will work with new, existing, and prospective clients as required and provide backup support to Client Executives as assigned. Each client request must be handled professionally and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. In addition, this professional serves as a product knowledge base expert on all services sold to clients.



This position will be located in Nashville, TN and will report to the Client Implementation Supervisor, Client Care, Background Screening.





ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Ensure accurate and timely entry of new client contractual information into the system to ensure that the client has an optimal initial experience in interfacing with Kroll Background Screening.
* Ensure that all other relevant contractual information/ contact information for existing clients is accurately input into the system in a timely manner.
* Serve as a key product knowledge base expert to sales, clients and internal stakeholders as required regarding services sold.
* Manage client communication (act as liaison between sales and clients) within required timeframes
* Use a combination of research and communication skills to obtain and provide clients with status updates and ETA's when needed.
* Distribute sales leads to Client Executives
* Schedule and conduct training for new clients as required
* Serve as client liaison for special projects as needed.
* Assist in email distribution as required.
* Proactively answer the telephone in a prompt and timely manner.
* Assist in other support processes as needed.
* Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

CANDIDATE EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:



* Undergraduate Degree with demonstrated academic excellence. Relevant work experience with demonstrated achievements/performance in past positions can be substituted for degree.
* 2+ years relevant administrative/ client service experience is required.
