Overview of Position
As a result of company growth and demand for our services, we currently have an opportunity for an E-Discovery Project Manager. This position will plan, coordinate and deliver client projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent fast paced projects for highly demanding clients under considerable time pressure.

Responsibilities

* Participate in project scoping and creation of project plan
* Be accountable for projects assigned, take ownership of those projects
* Ability to work in a team environment and the ability to work successfully employing informal influence
* Manage customer relations and expectations
* Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and the ability to act as the liaison between the technical resources and customers is a component to the success of every project
* Show confidence and solid decision making abilities
* Responsible for communicating project progress to the customer
* Manage and communicate all changes for the project
* While being primarily an execution role, competency in educating customers on our services and product offerings as well as working with development to design and implement custom solutions is necessary.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business or related field required
* Required - 3 + years in a law firm environment providing litigation support specialist
* Preferred - 3 + years of project management experience with external clients in a service delivery environment is required
* PMP certification desired but not required
* IT systems and document management technology experience and/or understanding of litigation support and document review process are highly desired
* Excellent communication skills are a must as well as proficiency with multi tasking.
* Attention to detail and balancing ever changing priorities while giving our customers the reassurance that you understand their sense of urgency is critical.
* Excellent customer service skills and focus
* Proven skills in problem solving, multitasking, project leadership and the ability to work independently
* Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and adjust to rapidly changing environment
