We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager III to join our growing Engineering department. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:


* Develop and communicate marketing strategy to senior management and partner organizations, including development of Business Cases for new products

* Develop and champion the processes for collaborating with Marketing, Pricing, Product Management, Sales and Support

* Develop and maintain all product related collateral, sales training and product roadmap communications

* Manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition articulation, development and execution of go-to-market plans and internal launch readiness

* Analysis of business drivers and performance metrics related to all products within the hosting portfolio

* Manage product revenue growth, attachment and profitability through the development and implementation of marketing programs, positioning & messaging and product take rate activities


Requirements
The most competitive candidate will have the following:


* Bachelors Degree required

* MBA highly desired

* 8+ years working experience in product marketing in the high-tech industry

* Front-line technical marketing communications experience

* Demonstrated history of developing and executing on marketing plans

* Thorough knowledge of product development process and operational planning techniques

* Experience in launching new high tech products and communicating benefits

* Highly driven self starter, motivated, with excellent communication and analytical skills

* Highly skilled at navigating company policies and practices to affect change and implement product marketing objectives

* Able to effectively operate as a matrix manager in coordinating people and resources from multiple areas of the company

* Proficiency in managing people, including hiring, performance and developing direct reports
