Long Description:
As an Area Professional Services PMO Manager you will lead a team of Project and Engagement managers to develop new business and manage opportunities and projects for your defined sales area. As a key member of the Area Management team, you contribute to and support meeting customer services requirements.

You’ll work closely with the Area Professional Services Director, Sales and System Engineering management teams, Partners (Channel, APSPs, and CDPs) and the Global Solution Centers to drive total customer satisfaction, services growth, as well as P&L responsibility of the area services business.

This position requires a dynamic, hard-working and ambitious leader, with good technical, oral and written communication skills. Individuals must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have experience managing and growing a professional services business.
Job Requirements •Possess excellent technical (storage infrastructure solutions and application storage solutions) knowledge.

•Strong negotiation, presentation and written communication skills.

•Strong understanding of ITIL as a project management framework

•Experience selling services with a strong ability to articulate NetApp’s value proposition.
•Excellent business acumen with a strong ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.
•Experience in managing and building a world-class professional services organization, as well as growing a PMO practice.
•Strong, demonstrated experience leading employees in geographically distributed locations.
•Proven ability to effectively manage the financial elements that make up the Area.

•Strong ability to work with a product sales organization and build relationships with key individuals within the sales organization
•Reporting requirements include: weekly RD sales con call participation, weekly financial reports to sales team i.e. consulting forecast commits/upside and monthly business reviews (both direct team and sales team).
•Up to 65%+ travel required.
Education and Experience •A minimum of 10 years of experience in a field based services management position with 2-5 years in a project management function.

•Must have experience supporting an Enterprise customer base.

•A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a technical or business discipline is required.

•Has or is in the process of obtaining PMI Certification.
