Summary Statement:
The Sales Associate (SA) position is an entry-level position in the Kraft Pizza Company Sales force. The purpose of this position is to provide relief coverage to the Retail Sales Manager and Sales Representatives, to substitute for Sales Reps when they are absent due to vacation or illness. The SA is directly responsible for selling, delivery of product, management of inventory, in store promotions/merchandising. The SA may also be called on to cover open routes due to vacancies within their district until a permanent Sales representative is hired. For New Hired employees, the SA will learn the role and responsibilities of the SR, in preparation for a route assignment.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
' Complete the formal Sales Rep Training program.
' Work as a Relief Sales Associate, filling temporary vacancies for Sales Reps, resulting from promotions, illness or job openings.
' Coverage will require coverage across broad geography - may require overnight visits
' Perform Sales calls and open new accounts, as planned in conjunction with the District team.
' Perform merchandising responsibilities in support of Sales Reps, including some weekend merchandising.
' Perform product resets according to agreed upon plan-o-grams and schedules.
' Perform product sampling at customer and special events.
' CDL License Class B required

' Ability to perform physical duties of delivering frozen pizza product to retail stores via box truck; load delivery truck; pull, push and lift cases up to 25 lbs. Per case; drive delivery truck and work out of freezer unit in all types of weather conditions.
