Kraft Foods is looking for a Senior Sales Service Representative ready to begin a career in Sales. Responsibilities are to sell programs & displays, stock shelves, build displays and order & manage inventory product lines at retail outlets. Sales Trainee will team with Route Sales Reps to cover assigned territories and fill in for vacations where needed. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement. College Degree required. Kraft brands include Nabisco, Oscar Mayer, Maxwell House, Capri Sun, and Kool-Aid. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, motivated, goal-oriented and will have experience in building sales relationships through sustained work ethic and customer service.

Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Manage assigned territories when vacation relief is needed
2. Stocking shelves and Building displays
3. Backroom inventory management
4. Product Rotation
5. Inventory Management Order / Credit Writing
6. Monitor sales versus objective for sales territories covered.
7. Selling new products, displays, and promotions at store level.
8. Building and maintaining in-store displays
9. Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals
10. Maintain and update Pen Pad Computer
11. Communicate plans to merchandisers and effectively team with Route Sales Reps to manage resources in support of sales volume on the assigned territory.
