Description
Summer internship position in Q&R failure analysis group to help with development activities for transistor probing, sample preparation, and data analysis. In this position, you will be working with failure analysis engineers on improving transistor probing data analysis software and with technicians to implement improved methods for physical Failure Analysis. Timeframe for this internship will be June 1, 2010 to August 27, 2010:

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this internship. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of Bachelor school classes, projects, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelors program with a graduation date no earlier then Dec 2010.
- Must be in one of the following programs of study: information systems.
- Minimum 6 mths experience in Java, C#, and database management.
- Minimum 6 mths experience in computer training including software development, hardware assembly and network operations.
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship (CPT/OPT is not available).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 6mths experience with sample preparation methods.
