Location: US - DC - District of Columbia

Position Summary:
Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking qualified Data Analyst for the DC Consolidated Revenue Department. This position will be based at the Hotel Rouge.

Responsibilities include:
*Daily Pace Reports
*Weekly Yield Sheets
*Weekly Star Data Input and Analysis
*53 week Rate View reports
*Quarterly Negotiated Account production review
*Weekly market segmentation production
*Month end revenue/ sales reporting
*Adhoc reporting as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
College graduate, high school diploma or general education degree GED and minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training in a luxury boutique hotel environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Microsoft Excel knowledge required.

LANGUAGE SKILL:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATHICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
