Job Description

To code and test web applications and correct problems found during testing. Provide maintenance support for delivered products and solutions.
Required Skills

1. Code modules that adhere to defined standards.
2. Analyze moderately complex technical requirements and make determinations for coding modifications.
3. Develop and conduct unit testing.
4. Correct problems found during testing.
5. Provide maintenance, enhancement, and support for existing products.
6. Participate in code reviews.
7. Prepare concise internal program documentation on program development and revisions.
8. Prepare time estimates for assigned tasks.
9. Strong verbal, analytic, and written communication skills.
10. Must thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment with the ability to quickly adapt to change.
11. Must be familiar with and have the ability to follow the System Development Life Cycle.
12. Must be a team player and excellent problem solver.
13. Multi-tasking required.


Required Experience

1. Bachelor of Science, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
2. Minimum three years experience with asp.Net with VB, SQL Server 2005, Web Services, XML, AJAX, Visual Studio 2005/2008, TFS (Team Foundation Server).
3. Must be familiar with Object Orientated Programming techniques.
4. Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of current trends in information technology best practices and standards and how to apply this understanding to work projects and processes.
5. Have very good understanding of information/data management concepts.
6. Possess ability to interpret complex and detailed business specifications and make suggestions that provide workable solutions to development project of moderate complexity.
7. Extensive working knowledge of the Office Suite of products.
