Job Description

Requirements gathering, system analysis, program design, product development

Provide project management for implementation of IT – Batch VDP Onboard projects throughout all the stages of Systems Development Life Cycle

Gather, analyze, and utilize business-defined needs to develop process & data flows and use case modeling for project end-state

Perform requirements analysis for numerous project enhancements and translate them to technical requirements for development.

Establish trusting client and working relationships with business & system owners in addition to operations & facilities

Conduct meetings with business, technical, interface, and management teams to ensure smooth implementations

Resolve issues and manage client expectations throughout aggressive delivery schedules by continual communication with large customer teams.
Required Skills

* Ability to understand the big picture of what is being requested from client
* Ability to communicate & document thoroughly the technical requirements with developers and application or system owners
* Ability to access RRD core systems for research and analysis
* Ability to own and manage multiple onboarding projects

Other Skills

* IT Project Management Experience – PMP Certified a plus
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Detail oriented
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements
* The ability to operate independently without direct day to day supervision.

Required Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field preferred
* Previous experience in business analysis and/or project management
