Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Support resource. Responsibilities will include performing analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing software applications, workstations, or peripherals. Diagnose and resolve problems in response to internal and external customer reported incidents. Create and update Help Desk Scripts. Execute application regression and functional testing. Install new hardware and software and maintain existing components. May train end users in the use of equipment and software; perform general maintenance tasks; troubleshoot and resolve issues with computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.
Required Skills

Responsibilities:
Required Experience

2-4 years of application product support. A solid knowledge of client/server applications, digital scanning devices, help desk support processes, and composition typesetting applications is required. Experience in coordinating business wide workstation and server reimaging projects, gathering end user requirements, maintaining user documentation and help desk scripts, and executing test cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Excellent teamwork skills required. Experience with SQL, HP Winrunner, Loadrunner and Radia software is desirable. Scheduled 24x7 on-call support rotation.
