Seed Technician (Vegetables division)-000YU

Description


Seminis is currently recruiting for a Seed Technician to join our Manufacturing team. The primary responsibility of this role is conditioning and packaging seed material through various phases of manufacturing, including setup and operation of equipment. To be successful in the role, you must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure (including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals). Perform other duties as required to support the organizational efficiency of the department.

Qualifications


Required Skills / Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Must be a Certified Forklift driver
* Must pass a substance abuse test and background and driving record checks
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure (including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Desired experience

* One year warehouse experience
