This position sells and negotiates purchase of homes, real estate and brokered listings with customers while providing exceptional customer care to prospects, homebuyers and homeowners to sell and close new homes. Executes purchase process with customers, and responsible for obtaining necessary financial and personal information from customers to properly process and complete paperwork relative to the processing of sales, transfers, cancellations and closings. Operate model homes and represent the company with highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics as well as maintains the day-to-day operations of the sales office. To best meet the needs of potential homebuyers and homebuyers, this position requires you work a combination of weekday/weekend hours. An active Nevada Real Estate or Broker license is required at time of interview.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you must possess the following experience, attributes and/or skills:

* Solid interpersonal skills and experience in negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution.
* Working knowledge of critical path selling and fundamental knowledge of finance options.
* Basic understanding of construction process and terminology, option selection process, escrow process, and customer care process.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in processing paperwork is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software systems is required including Word, Excel, Outlook and Website navigation skills required.
* The ability to read and comprehend all levels of correspondence, technical information and manuals.
* Ability to compose reports and correspondence.
* Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages and commissions using formulas on an adding machine and/or calculator.
* An active Nevada Real Estate Sales or Broker License in good standing is required.
* Industry related education, certification or degree is a plus.
* 2+ years of new home sales experience working for a builder required.
* Experience with successfully opening and/or closing a community is required.
* HS Diploma is required; some college or A.A. Degree (preferred).
