In this role, you will collaborate with homebuyers to create the perfect home. In doing so, you will provide brilliant customer relations by sharing your knowledge of design and home construction to assist homebuyers in the selection of standard and upgraded options. You will act as a liaison between construction, sales and homebuyers to manager the options selection process, schedule appointments and research/respond to buyer inquiries. Other activities include the preparation of electrical and countertop diagrams as well as completion of other documentation for homebuyer selections in compliance with completion dates. This position is part time and days of work will be Tuesday through Saturday.
Qualifications

Qualified applicants will possess a strong customer-care orientation with an aptitude for responding/resolving customer concerns; a professional demeanor and appearance is essential. Excellent organization skills including accuracy and attention to detail will be applied on a daily basis. Proficiency with Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications is required. On the technical side, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to read/interpret blue prints with knowledge of electrical layouts and symbols and will be familiar with color, design and texture. Familiarity with sales techniques is a necessity. Two (2) years of experience in a similar role is required; in the residential construction, industry is strongly preferred. Design Certification is highly desirable. College degree is preferred.
