Job Responsibilities:
Prepares enrollment and contract documents for students enrolling in the basic and advanced courses. Oversees the preparation, maintenance and destruction of forms, letters and files required for cadet administration. Oversees the preparation and submission of data and cadet administrative reports in a timely manner. Interprets and applies , Cadet Command, Regional regulatory and policy guidance and previous precedent. Frequently checks the various websites for updates to download/print, post changes, and informs unit of any changes to the regulatory or procedural guidance. Explores solutions to problems and provides appropriate alternatives with justification for recommended courses of action to the for approval. Performs various administrative duties relating to military personnel involving the composition and distribution of correspondence, publications, reports

Job Requirements:
General ScheduleSpecialized experience is experience with an extensive body of military personnel rules, regulations, procedures and operations sufficient to review and prepare enrollment, disenrollment and contract documents. Experience applying rules, regulations, policies, procedures and previous precedenst to resolve regulatory questions, research issues, and process board actions relating to the enrollment. Experience operating related equipments such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Resumes will be evaluated to ensure your experience, knowledge, skills, training and/or education meet the qualifications requirements stated in this vacancy announcement. Your pay will be set within the range specified in this vacancy announcement and will be based on your qualification, education, experience, training, and availability of funds. Time-in-grade restrictions do not apply to NSPS positions. PB 2/3 Positions- Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower pay band or equivalent under the General Schedule (GS) or other pay systems. Quality of experience relates to how closely or to what extent an applicant's background and recency of experience, education, and training are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the announced position. Candidates must have the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies to successfully perform the work of the position at the appropriate level. Typing - Any Grade Qualified typist is required (40wpm).
