Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
In this role, you will personally manage various plant based Quality Control Managers throughout our five Operating units through weekly calls and scheduled meetings , and a bit closer to home in the location, you will work to evaluate, understand, and improve the plants and processes. Qualified candidates must have experience in the food industry and a thorough understanding of statistical process controls, SQC and other preventative QC programs. Minimum Sound knowledge of computer based reporting and record keeping systems Knowledge of customer complaint investigation and resolution skills Experience with multi-plant and multi-product systems Strong problem solving skills Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed Serve as a technical liaison for Regulatory Compliance In depth knowledge of all relevant local, state and federal requirements pertaining to food ingredient manufacturing If this sounds like the challenge you are looking for, please get in touch with me right away.
