Responsibilities:

# Responsible for pest control and weeds in crops using machinery for aspersion of chemicals (pesticides and herbicides).
# Operate tractor, motorize equipment of aspersion and other equipment (backpack pump) to protect the crops of pest that can affect seed quality and quantity.
# Apply chemicals (pesticides and/or fertilizers) by irrigation systems and manual spraying systems.
# Ensure compliance with Monsanto's policies and
regulations, also with State and Federal regulations of Department of Agriculture.
# This occupation reports to Operations Field Supervisor, Farm
Coordinator and or Pesticide Technician.

Required Skills:

Require High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 years of experience in machinery, chemical and crop protection or,

Three years of experience in machinery, chemical and crop protection.

Awareness of safety and compliance.
