Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are essential for the position: Coordinates all the works related to the Variety development Breeding Program in MSP ' Isabela; including: receiving, planting, crossing, harvesting, threshing, cleaning and shipping of the seed. Also supervising of large groups. Coordinate with the Research Associate and other Crop Coordinators works at the Site. Send reports on time and accurate of all the works done at the Program. Communicate with Investigators to keep them up to date in all the works related to the Variety development Breeding Program at MSP ' Isabela. Follow Safety and health program and all the regulation and rules including using and providing PPE and training to the entire group.

Required Skills:

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree on Agriculture or any related area of Agriculture ( Natural Science ).
Experience or Agriculture or any related area of Agriculture ( Natural Science ).

Desired skills/education/experience/attributes:
1.B.S. in Agricultural Science
2.Bilingual
3.Soybean Experience with strong Agronomical Practices knowledge
4.1 years of experience or more on Agriculture, specially Tropical Agriculture
