Description
Territory Training Leader
The Territory Training Leader is responsible for building People and Leader Capability across a large number of Franchise and Company owned restaurants to ensure consistent execution of our core products and training programs.
In this role, the Territory Training Leader will:
· Architect and implement training infrastructure across multiple geographies and Franchise organizations
· Execute a National Training Calendar of prescribed events across multiple Franchise organizations
· Partner with the Territory Operations Manager to identify, maintain and update locations for national window/ new product training
· Drive operations standards
· Influence Franchisee adoption of and flawlessly implement e-learning platform
· Partner with operations team to build leadership capability for restaurant leaders
· Partner with HR leader to drive HR systems and processes within Franchise organizations
· Partner with HR leader to role model and build the KFC culture

Minimum Requirements
In this role, you will need the following:
· Ability to influence at all levels including Franchise owners
· History of being able to manage a high level of travel -- 70-75% travel required.
· Ability to work independently
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· High level of accuracy and timeliness in completing assignments
· Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively
· 5-7 years of training experience, preferably for a multi-unit organization
