Description
The North Territory Franchise Business Coach serves as the primary point of contact within assigned Designated Marketing Areas and supports franchisees in achieving “A” operations within their organizations. Must possess demonstrated solid operations experience, excellent influencing skills, strong understanding of the restaurant industry including operations, marketing, finance, franchising, and development and have the ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
The North Territory Franchise Business Coach is the key business coach and relationship builder for the smaller franchisee organizations. He/she also:
* Oversees CFF (Cleanliness, Friendliness, Food) evaluations in failure process--enforces standards
* Conducts asset transfer and remodel reviews
* Completes all growth screens
* Conducts stewardship reviews with franchisees
* Identifies, maintains and updates store locations for national cascade training (i.e., high touch marketing window, new products)
* Delivers national cascade training to Franchise Above Restaurant Leaders
* Supports and follows up on test market execution
* Supports onboarding of new franchisees
Minimum Requirements
Education: Completion of undergraduate degree. MBA preferred.
Experience (and other qualifications):
* Excellent restaurant operations skills (5-7 years), BalancedScorecard and P&L knowledge with track record of leadership of franchise and/or equity business.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to partner and influence other departments and Franchisees.
* Must be a driven, results-oriented leader.
* Clear communication, organizational skills plus the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to work independently, manage workload with shifting priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* 70-80% travel required.
* Create team together atmosphere.
* Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and attitude to learn web-based applications for knowledge management (SharePoint, TeamKFC, Learning Zone), reporting (OMR, PeopleSoft) and access to information (PeopleSoft)
