Job Title Project/Construction Manager

Primary Job Responsibilities

Great opportunity to lead program team in full range of construction management support services from project scope development, through design and construction management, for large, small and medium size projects. This position will work closely with our client in developing a scope of work, developing a schedule and cost etimate in addition to managing the construction effort. This position demands clear communication skill with all stakeholders, a talent for building collaborative relationships and in depth knowledge of construction process.

Training and Experience

We require a minimum of 5 years in Project Management in addition to 15 years of overall construction work in new and renovation markets. We prefer experience as an owner representative in development of project scopes of work and management of design and construction projects for large, medium and small projects for repair, renovation, alteration, and new construction. Familiarity with construction quality requirments, coordination and inspection. Ability to use scheduling software and analyze CPM schedules.
