Job Title Construction Project Engineer

Primary Job Responsibilities

Provides technical support to the construction manager in an Agency CM role; responsible for maintaining project control systems (document, budget and cost management systems), including logs, budget, accounting records, and CPM schedule updating; performs specialized technical analyses, including substitution requests, bid evaluations and claim analysis; estimates and negotiates change orders; coordinates and monitors reviews of schedule updates, invoices, pay applications, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFI); coordinates technical resolutions with A/E and contractor; supervises junior project engineer(s) in implementing project controls systems and administrative employees in document management (document control, record keeping and data entry); manages Prolog Manager project management application implementation/utilization at the project site.

Training and Experience



BS Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management

3-6 years experience

Experience with Prolog
