K-12 Program Manager - Location TBD

Location Arlington, VA, US

Primary Job Responsibilities



Proven history as principal in charge of successful management of $300M or larger K-12 design and construction programs while maintaining positive relationships with boards of education, school superintendents, facility personnel, designers, contractors and direct reports. History of delivering these programs on time and budget and overseeing a minimum of 15 office and field direct reports.

Training and Experience



A minimum of 20 years of Project Management experience and BS or MS degree is required as well as significant K-12 experience. Must be able to demonstrate complete understanding of K-12 processes for POR, procurement, design, construction, safety and contract creation and management.

Other Essential Functions

Experience assisting with advertising and gaining public consensus on K-12 Bond Programs a plus.
