Primary Job Responsibilities
This Project Management at which the individual is responsible for the full performance of every phase of a major project or a group of smaller projects. The responsibilities include planning, directing, supervising and controlling all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of contractual activities.
Training and Experience
This position requires a minimum of fifteen years Project Manager or project related experience with preference given to twenty years or more. A BS degree or 4 yrs of college equivalent is required and an advanced degree or professional registration is preferred.
Other Essential Functions
The Program Manager acts as the daily manager of all support services being provided to the GSA Special Projects Office in connection with the a variety of programs. The Program Manager is responsible for day to day direction of all Jacobs staff efforts and of assigning specific tasks to specific individuals. The Program Manager attends all major meetings and presentations and actively participates in both. This position reports directly to the Jacobs Program Director.

o Directing all Core Team activities

o Review Site Inspection Reports
o Review Drawings
o Review Specifications
o Coordination of user design review comments
o Coordination of procurement activities
o Documentation of Weekly and Monthly Reports
o Coordination with CM Manager for Field Activities
o Special assistance or leading of specific task orders
