BAS Engineer

Location Cary, NC, US

Primary Job Responsibilities



Prepares engineering designs for Building Automation Systems for industrial and commercial applications. Has considerable knowledge of applicable building codes and standard industry practices for implementing BAS. Works with other discipline engineers and clients to coordinate designs. Prepares engineering packages for BAS contractors, participates in contractor review and selection. Works at the job site during construction to coordinate and direct the BAS contractor.

Training and Experience



4-5 years of experience required, drafting/design and related coursework. Experienced with major BAS system suppliers including Siemens, Andover, and Johnson Controls. Experienced in field supervision. Pharmaceutical facility experience is a plus. LEED knowledge is a plus.
