Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage 500M+ TIC construction programs in the Pulp and Paper and related industries. Assist in assembling and managing multiple staff. Drive program level safety, budget, schedule, and quality. Directs subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy. Build upon existing client relationships. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organizations objectives and schedules. Assist in growing the business and selling new opportunities. Establishes operating policies and procedures that affect subordinate units. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organizations objectives and schedules. Accomplishes results through subordinate supervisors or exempt specialist employees. Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Establishes and administers centralized functional projects. Influences the development of objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Frequent contacts with equivalent level managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarifications. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives. Responsible for overall construction and constructability performance, construction process and procedures. Integrates effective construction planning into all engineering. Mobilizes and staffs projects upon award: Provides leading edge technology to business units and construction projects: Prepares sales materials and makes sales presentations on construction services: Establishes proposals and commercial terms; negotiates contracts and terms, establishes overhead budgets and fee plans: Provides construction consulting services, project management: Responsible for knowledge of safety policies and procedures; responsible for group safety program: Directly supervises and assesses employees; coaches, trains, and provides leadership and guidance.
Training and Experience
15-20 years of construction, including 10 years of field, and 5 years of constructability, and engineering integration; BS/MS in construction or engineering preferred. Experience managing large complex construction projects from start to finish. Experience in collaborating with engineering teams in driving constructability and preconstruction efforts. Experience managing both CM and Direct Hire Construction programs. Experience in delivering successful construction projects safely. Experience in selling construction
Other Essential Functions
Travel to multiple job sites in locations across the country

Ability to travel to multiple job sites. Ability to conduct daily site walks as required; Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions as required
