2) Equipment Lead Time Analysis

3) Capital Equipment Sourcing Strategy

4) RFP Development

5) Prime Contract Commercial Flow Down Analysis

6) RFP Bidding and Vendor Quotation Analysis (Technical & Commercial

7) Bid Clarification and Negotiations

8) Commercial Letter of Recommendation

9) Vendor Document and Fabrication Expediting

10) Equipment Inspection Coordination

11) Vendor Invoice Processing and Approvals

12) Purchase Order Closeout

13) Coordination of Vendor Evaluations

14) File Archiving

Training and Experience



4-6 years of capital equipment procurement experience required, BA or BS or related experience

3-5 years Petrochemical and/or Refining Experience

Other Essential Functions



Microsoft Professional Suite, Intermediate to Advance Skill Level (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Jacobs Material Management Experience (JMMS) Intermediate Level

ProLog (Entry Level to Intermediate Level



Other Requirements



20 to 30 Pound File Boxes

Travel by Car and Plan
