Senior Front End Planning Coordinator

Primary Job Responsibilities



Position Summary:

The Senior Front End Planning Coordinator will be part of the Jacobs Field Services North America Heavy Process Construction team based in the Baton Rouge regional office.



Technical/Functional Responsibilities:



· Coordinating and managing a planning staff as it relates to Front End Planning

· Create working relationships with all phases of project execution - mainly working side by side with project managers and engineering managers

· Report to the Front End Planning Manager

· Single point of contact for construction projects in the early stages









Training and Experience



Requirements:



· Above average computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite be able to develop and work with procedures, plans, specifications

· Minimum of 15 yrs in the execution and management of Heavy Industrial Construction projects

· A deadline - goal orientated mindset for a job that demands dedication

· Must have a Construction Technology or equivalent Engineering degree

· Must have a good working knowledge of construction - multi discipline.

· Flexible for making short duration site visits-possibly up to a week in duration at the most

· Demonstrated leadership abilities
