Primary Job Responsibilities
Provide HSE support to Regional Sr. HSE Manager and Operational Counterpart for the lines of business and clients. Manage HSE program for multiple offices and project locations within a Region and ensures adequate staffing and training of the required HSE resources. Serve as a technical resource to provide direction on HSE policies/procedures, and for interpreting regulations and compliance requirements. Assist in providing: i) strategic direction and management, ii) people development, and iii) HSE program development and implementation specific to the Region. Support Beyond Zero performance that is inclusive in the Region’s vision and strategic plans. Provide leadership, and direction to the Region assigned. Support the Region in multiple work locations and geographies and directly supervise Site/Project level safety managers.
Training and Experience
7+ years of HSE experience including supervising HSE professionals at a site-specific level. Advanced technical training and/or advanced HSE certification with Bachelor’s degree in HSE related field preferred. Field experience in multiple project types such as direct hire and construction management type work is preferred. Experience using HSE programs and processes.
