Description
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient’s progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Qualifications


Education:

* Entry level Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Certificates / Licenses:

* Board Certified / Eligible
* New graduates acceptable
* Driver's License and clear driving history
