Complete Description
This manager position is responsible for daily functional management of Customer Service/Collections programs and services and the measured results for all aspects of the Business Office. Experience in a Hospital Business Office with knowledge of billing, insurance, self pay and agency collections is required for this position. The manager will demonstrate active support of the mission, vision and core values of Northwest Medical Center and will be expected to perform direct support service functions and activities as needed to achieve department objectives.
Education: High School or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred. Commitment to continuous learning.
Experience: Five (5) years experience in a Hospital Business Office REQUIRED, and two (2) years of supervisory/management experience REQUIRED.
