Our client; a growing, full-service specialty engineering thermoplastic distributor is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. In this fast paced role you will be responsible for obtaining, entering and managing the entire customer sales process. This includes logistics, freight and inventory management. Orders or Inventory management programs are received directly from the Customer or from a member of the Sales Team. We need detail oriented individuals accustomed to delivering high quality customer service through the effective management of the sales order process. This would include receiving, investigating and responding to all customer and sales staff inquires regarding orders, status of shipments, product information, availability of inventory, complaints and inventory management programs.

We are looking for at least two (2) years of customer service/inside sales experience. In addition, a 4-year college degree is preferred or additional comparable work experience. Experience in an industry related customer service department is preferred. Proficient in the use of all Microsoft® Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
