Job Function This position involves performing research and development work to support the development of Firethorn's products. This requires an individual with a very flexible skill set as the work to be performed from one R&D project to another may vary widely. The work will generally involve developing software systems that enable mobile devices to perform financial and commerce related functionality. This position requires an individual with the ability to develop server side applications, mobile web applications, and mobile downloadable applications. This position also requires an individual that can research new technologies and problem domains and make recommendations about both the feasibility of implementations and suggested methods of implementation.
Skills/Experience Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate experience with a breadth of technologies.
Strong problem solving and research skills required.
Three to five years experience with software development.
