Job Function The FIRETHORN/QUALCOMM mobile commerce initiative offers platform based wireless managed services to financial institutions, card issuers, and wireless carriers globally. These applications will be offered through an electronic wallet on the mobile device that includes account management, bill payment, remote payments, proximity payments and merchant services such as loyalty programs, couponing, and commerce opportunities. By offering a single platform that connects the wireless carrier to financial institutions and retailers, Firethorn/Qualcomm expects to reduce the costs and risks of mobile commerce while accelerating market development maximizing the revenue growth opportunity.

The Marketing Campaigns Managers role is a critical role within Firethorn, which has a direct impact on organizational success and growth.
The Marketing Campaigns Managers will plan, execute, measure and continuously improve marketing campaigns for FIRETHORNs new mobile wallet product across multiple channels, including and not limited to mobile, internet including social-networks, email, SMS, direct marketing
Skills/Experience Position requires a combination of business, technical, project and people management skills. Ability to operate independently with limited direction and a detail oriented attitude are critical to success in this role.

Bachelor's Degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Preference will be given to graduates in Business Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics ; or equivalent work experience.
8+ years relevant experience in positions involving campaigns management, customer marketing.
Thorough understanding of campaign management process preferably within the financial services and/or online services environment is required. Proven ability to design, develop, implement and measure marketing campaigns. Experience with e-commerce and/or mobile marketing campaigns will be highly preferred.
Proven experience with customer segmentation strategies, test and control experimental design and execution and other standard analytical methods employed within campaigns management.
Knowledge of data analysis using analytical tools, MS- PowerPoint, Excel is required.
Knowledge of campaign management software such as Unica, SAS or equivalent software is highly preferred.
Superior written and verbal communications, presentational skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment of a growing company. Self-starter with the ability to forge relationships and add value across entire organization.
Proven desire and ability to think creatively in driving campaigns efforts.
Willingness to innovate and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and organizations.
Ability to prioritize and get things done.

Responsibilities Plan, create, launch and implement continuous, comprehensive, targeted real-time customer campaigns programs in an automated environment. Coordinate with User-experience team to deliver the best real-time/online customer experience of campaigns.
Create and own the decision engine for all customer communications, in addition to marketing campaigns. Create, own and deliver all advanced non-standard reporting and analytics.
Develop expertise in key technology tool set for successful management of campaigns. Coordinate with Operations/IT to manage and maintain campaign & data infrastructure.
Manage data and digital asset exchanges and coordinate marketing planning cycles with Trade partners. Coordinate with Trade Account Managers in ensuring content availability to feed into operational system.
Create, campaign metrics and operational metrics that drive ROI, forecasts of operational and budget requirements. Maintain/update and communicate on a regular basis with key-stakeholders.
Create and maintain an analytics suite to support campaign and business level analysis and forecasting.
Coordinate with Product / Customer Service teams as required to drive campaigns success. Provide feedback to Brand management team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper communication of campaigns program requirements, constraints, outcomes.
Develop and manage the campaigns budget.
Available to work evenings as needed, and to manage weekend emergencies.
