Job Function Provides overall design and technical oversight to customer deployment activities through broad and deep technical knowledge of products and services. Ability to define and articulate customer value propositions for products, technologies or solutions. Influences and helps define customer requirements and provides technical leadership to implement solutions. Primary liaison between customer technical leads and internal functional groups (Project Management, Engineering, and Operations infrastructure.)
*Works closely with account team during the contract definition phase to ensure technical feasibility of the purposed content delivery solution.

* Applies good understanding of content monetization solutions to architect customer solutions

* Works with Delivery Project Manager (DPM), Product Management, Carrier Relations, and Engineering to negotiate between customer's desires and Engineering's schedule/resource ability

* Support EM and Sales Operations with cost estimations for new proposals LOEs/ROIs

* Contribute to the development of Operator or Brand Requirements.

* Capture key project planning information and transfer to the DPM

* Captures customer requested CRs, enhancement requests and work with the development leads to phase the work as appropriate.

* Work on, review & be part of approval process appropriate customer facing documents

* Should be familiar with the industry standards in mobile content space such as device issues, content variants, MMA requirements, etc.
Skills/Experience * Java development experience including JMS, Servlets, JDBC, XML, STRUTS, and JUnit , required. Experience with application development and web applications is reqd utilizing Agile methodologies.
* Experience working with J2EE Application Servers and WebSphere and Oracle experience is required.
* Experience with JSR 168 portlets and HTTPUnit is desired.
* 5 years J2EE/XML development experience.
