Provide innovative layouts of CMOS and custom digital circuits that meet area, floorplan, power, and performance specifications as per schematic provided by supervising engineer.
Provide custom layouts of digital array circuits, providing custom leaf cells.
Verify layout completeness using industry standard tools for DRC and LVS
Perform revision control tasks such as checkin and checkout to maintain sufficient backups of work
Document completed work so as to keep supervising engineer informed of status on layout work
Contribute to team's layout methodology by providing feedback and creative solutions to methodology challenges
Complete work in a timely manner, as dictated by supervising engineer or manager.
