Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has immediate entry level openings for Welder - Manufacturing Technicians at its Wilkes-Barre, PA facility.

Technicians hired into this classification will be exposed to multiple craft skills, including but not limited to the following:

- Welding and cutting skills
- Safe hand tool operation
- Layout and assembly skills
- Shop mathematics
- Sheet metal equipment
- Material handling equipment
- Dye penetrant testing
- LNG winding operation

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Previous welding experience required
- Prior metal fabrication craft skills
- Associates degree in a technical field preferred
