• Conduct legal research
• Gather information and prepare responses to Information Document Requests
• Provide advice to business units within the company on potential audit issues
• Provide advice regarding the FIN 48 reserves
• Coordinate audit process with the IRS

Position Requirements:

• Tax attorney with 2 to 4 years experience in tax controversy
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the tax code and tax regulations (including tax procedure)
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to negotiate, drive consensus, communicate effectively
• IRS experience desired
• LLM in Tax desired
