Position Description
The tax department is responsible for the preparation and review of partnership tax returns invested in properties that have been allocated the Low Income Housing Tax Credit. Assist in the preparation and review of multi state, multi tier partnership tax returns. Responsibilities include the preparing, researching, gathering, analyzing and monitoring of the information needed to generate the returns and related work papers. In the first 90 days you should be able to understand the structure, work papers and procedures.

Position Requirements
BA/BS in business or related field with an emphasis in accounting
•One plus years of experience in accounting and the preparation of tax returns preferably in Public Accounting.
•Exposure to partnership tax returns helpful, but not required
•Knowledge of Excel required
•Database exposure is a plus
