Position Description

Position Requirements
Responsibilities
*Must be able to test management services associated with systems integration testing and user acceptance and to plan testing efforts, review project deliverables and develop and coordinate creation and execution of test cases and associated scripts.
*Documents and presents test results
*Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they conform to quality standards
*Develop and enforce standards
*Provide quality assurance expertise in all development projects from initiation through implementation
*May prepare and execute test plans for client/server, midrange and mainframe applications
*May evaluate and implement software changes
*May evaluate, analyze, and develop new or revised QA procedures
*Estimates time for various projects
*Reviews business requirements for completeness and makes appropriate recommendations for changes or other solutions
*Updates various tables, including adding new plans
*Leads major projects within testing area
*Evaluates and approves software changes
*Plan testing efforts, reviews project deliverables, develops and coordinates test cases and associated test scripts. Document and present test results
*Conduct analysis of current software process practices. Document proposed practices and testing improvements. Mentor teams in proper methods
*Develop QA guidelines, schedule and report. Conduct QA audits
*Handle moderate to complex problem resolution without escalation and with minimal supervision. May instruct, direct, and check the work of less experience staff
*Performs related duties as assigned or requested
