Position Description
The duties and responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide management oversight of the day to day operations and projects underway at 180 Maiden Lane.
- Manage the Assistant Building Manager and building technicians
- Liaise with AIRC Project Managers on all moves of AIG staff from existing locations to 180 Maiden Lane to ensure that insfrastrucutre needs are met.
- Liaise with the local government agencies to obtain city permits when required to perform any projects at AIG sites
- Oversee the management of the third party engineering vendors.
- Responsible for the preparation of the building budgets for 180 Maiden Lane including monthly forecast projections and accrual reporting.

Position Requirements
10+ years in building management
Active membership in BOMA and IFMA is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
