Position Description
Matrix Direct, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIG American General, has immediate openings for experienced senior-level Customer Service Reps.

This position offers an attractive salary package: base salary of $30k to $35k, plus bonus. This is a full-time position with a Monday – Friday work week.

We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated, experienced Customer Service Reps with outstanding communication skills who enjoy competition and thrive on meeting company goals while giving exemplary customer service to our clients.

Skills & Requirements:
• Call Center experience preferred
